I heard about Dojabox from a review online. I was excited to sign up and receive a box. I ordered this subscription on June 8th. I was promised the box by June 21st. I emailed the Dojabox contact on June 20th because I never received my box. After emailing the only customer service team provided, emailing CrateJoy service team, and directly messaging Dojabox on Instagram, the tracking number was finally given to me yesterday. Well and behold the box arrived today. As a customer service professional myself, I have experienced and seen first-hand that this company has been actively taking money from people. If you look at their Instagram account alone, you will see endless comments about subscribers never receiving boxes or responses. This has now been turned off because I am “scaring potential customers away”. It is unprofessional and it baffles me that they are still able to use CrateJoy as a service. The products look like free samples and the creator is making money of if them. I was more displeased with the customer service. They have over 1200 followers on their Instagram and can post random posts about the products, but refuse to update their paying customers about shipping problems.
I placed my order a month ago for a friends birthday and still haven’t gotten it yet. I’m completely disappointed about this and now I have to get her another gift. At this point I’d rather be refunded my money and the additional $10 I was charged for shipping and handling. If I was able to rate them a zero I would have. Don’t order from this site
